Los escurrimos bien sobre un pa\u00f1o y que enfr\u00eden. Cortamos en trocitos y rehogamos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de mantequilla. Agregamos la nata y seguimos cocin\u00e1ndolos un poco. Dejamos enfriar la mezcla. Extendemos una l\u00e1mina de hojaldre en una bandeja de horno con papel para hornear. Ponemos encima la mezcla de nata y puerros. Distribuimos por encima la merluza desmenuzada (cruda). Tapar con la otra l\u00e1mina de hojaldre sellando bien los bordes por todos los lados.
