Reservar. Hacer una bechamel que mezclaremos con el congrio, los puerros y la mitad de los langostinos, todo bien picadito. Dejar templar y rellenar con esta mezcla los pimientos. Colocarlos en una fuente o bandeja.<\/p>\n<p>Para la salsa, sofre\u00edr la cebolla, echarla al tomate frito casero y triturar.
