Picar muy finito el diente de ajo, el cuarto de cebolla y el perejil.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar las migas de bacalao con todos los ingredientes hasta que se forme una masa que dejaremos reposar un cuarto de hora en la nevera.\u00a0Formar las alb\u00f3ndigas y pasarlas por harina. Fre\u00edr en abundante aceite de oliva hasta que se doren. Dejamos escurrir sobre papel de cocina absorbente.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos la salsa verde sofriendo la cebolla y el diente de ajo picados. Echamos una cucharada de harina, medio vaso de vino blanco, caldo de pescado y perejil fresco picado.
