Dejar que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n fr\u00edas, pasar las manitas por harina, huevo y pan rallado, y fre\u00edrlas.<\/p>\n<p>En una cazuela, pochar el otro cuarto de cebolla. A\u00f1adir una majada de perejil, 2 dientes de ajo y pan frito. Incorporar las manitas y tambi\u00e9n el chorrito de vinagre y el caldo reservado.
