{"id":4044,"date":"2021-05-14T07:28:23","date_gmt":"2021-05-14T07:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/avvdelicias.org\/?post_type=project&#038;p=4044"},"modified":"2021-05-14T07:28:23","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T07:28:23","slug":"baba-ganoush","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/avvdelicias.org\/?project=baba-ganoush","title":{"rendered":"BABA GANOUSH"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Baba ganoush (pat\u00e9 de berenjena)\u00a0<\/strong><strong>de Irene Rico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>2 berenjenas<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de t\u00e9 de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de Tahini<\/p>\n<p>Pimienta, comino y sal, al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Piment\u00f3n y perejil, para decorar<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Partir por la mitad las berenjenas y hacer muchos cortes en su carne.\u00a0Asarlas a 200\u00ba de 30 a 40 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n asadas, quitar la piel a las berenjenas y poner la carne en un vaso batidor.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir el Tahini, el ajo picadito, pimienta, comino, sal, el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y el aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Batir todo hasta conseguir una crema ligera.<\/p>\n<p>Poner esta crema en un bol o una fuente, espolvorear con el piment\u00f3n, perejil y un chorrito de aceite.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Consejo:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Se puede tomar con verduras cortadas en palitos (zanahoria, pepino o pimiento), untado en pan de pita o en tortitas mejicanas como base del relleno que les queramos poner de pollo con verduras&#8230; o simplemente untar el pat\u00e9 en tostaditas crujientes de pan.
