El resto de la leche, ponerla a hervir a fuego lento, con la rama de canela y la c\u00e1scara de naranja, durante 15 minutos. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar y seguir cociendo la leche durante 10 minutos m\u00e1s, removiendo constantemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disolver la Maizena en la leche fr\u00eda reservada y echarla a la leche caliente. Retirar la rama de canela y la c\u00e1scara de naranja. Seguir removiendo sin parar lentamente, todo en caliente, a fuego lento, hasta que espese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando tenga textura espesa, pasar a una bandeja plana y cubrir con papel film para que no se nos se nos seque la superficie y dejar enfriar unas 12 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando est\u00e9 fr\u00eda, cortar en cuadraditos y rebozar en harina y huevo.
