Maicena,<\/p>\n<p>150 gr. az\u00facar vainillado,<\/p>\n<p>1 rama canela,<\/p>\n<p>1 tira de piel de lim\u00f3n,<\/p>\n<p>1 huevo batido (para dorar el hojaldre),<\/p>\n<p>almendras fileteadas<\/p>\n<p>az\u00facar glas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Separar 1 taza de leche y disolver en ella la Maicena. Reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Calentar el resto de la leche con la rama de canela y la tira de piel de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Batir las 4 yemas con el az\u00facar vainillado y a\u00f1adir la taza de leche reservada con la Maicena disuelta. Mezclar.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la leche lleve 1 minuto hirviendo, sacar del fuego, colar y unirla a la mezcla anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Ponemos de nuevo al fuego y removemos hasta conseguir una crema pastelera.<\/p>\n<p>Ponemos la crema encima de una masa de hojaldre y cubrimos con la otra. Doblamos los cantos para unir las dos y untamos con huevo batido la parte de arriba.
