Unos 20 minutos en olla expr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Mientras, majar en el mortero 2 dientes de ajo, perejil y 2 rebanadas de pan frito.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Pochar\u00a0la cebolla. Cuando est\u00e9, echar un poco de harina y piment\u00f3n. A\u00f1adir la picada al sofrito, con un poco de caldo y unir todo.<\/p>\n<p>5.- Agregar a los garbanzos todo el sofrito, 2 huevos duros a trocitos y hervir todo junto, muy despacio, unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de los \u00abhuevos tontos\u00bb o \u00abenga\u00f1a maridos\u00bb:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Poner a remojo 1\/2 barra de pan. Escurrimos el pan y le a\u00f1adimos ajo picado, perejil, 2 huevos batidos y pan rallado (el que admita).<\/p>\n<p>Coger cucharadas de masa, como si fueran croquetas, y se van friendo. Cuando est\u00e9n, los a\u00f1adimos a los garbanzos.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Truco:\u00a0<\/strong>puedes cambiar el bacalao seco por congrio seco.
