Reservar.<\/li>\n<li>En la misma sart\u00e9n que hemos frito los filetes, poner medio vaso de agua y una pastilla de Avecrem. Calentar hasta que se deshaga la pastilla.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar este caldo a la cazuela reservada con los filetes y el zumo de naranja.
