Poner aceite en una sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edr 2 dientes de ajo laminados. Cuando empiecen a dorar, agregar el bacalao desmigado y sofre\u00edr un par de minutos. Reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2. Poner nuevamente en la sart\u00e9n aceite con otros 2 dientes de ajo laminados y media cebolla picadita. Pochar y mientras cortar las patatas en trozos peque\u00f1os, como si fuesen para una tortilla.<\/p>\n<p>3. Una vez tengamos los ajos y la cebolla pochados, agregar las patatas y dejar que se hagan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Con las patatas ya blanditas, a\u00f1adir el bacalao reservado y los huevos batidos. Revolver todo y tiene que quedar jugoso (no seco como una tortilla).<\/p>\n<p>5.
