Cuece 20 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 1. Cuando acabe el tiempo, retira el cestillo con la muesca de la esp\u00e1tula y tira el agua de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Echa en el vaso vac\u00edo las patatas cocidas, la nata, 30 gr. de aceite de oliva, una pizca de sal y un pellizco de pimienta. Emulsiona 3 minutos, 70\u00ba, velocidad 4. Reparte la emulsi\u00f3n de patata en vasitos individuales. Coloca en cada vasito 2-3 rodajas de pulpo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparamos aceite de piment\u00f3n. Incorpora al vaso limpio 50 gr. de aceite de oliva y calienta 1 minuto, 100\u00ba, velocidad 1. A\u00f1ade el piment\u00f3n de la Vera, un pellizco de sal y mezcla 10 segundos en velocidad 3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riega los vasitos con el aceite de piment\u00f3n y espolvorea con sal en escamas.\u00a0Servir caliente porque fr\u00edo no queda tan bueno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Consejo:<\/strong> Para el aceite de piment\u00f3n, podemos usar mitad de piment\u00f3n dulce y mitad picante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Truco:<\/strong> Puedes tener el pulpo, la emulsi\u00f3n y el aceite todo preparado con antelaci\u00f3n a falta de montar los vasitos. Calienta por separado en el microondas.
