Tambi\u00e9n lo podemos hacer con jam\u00f3n de york. Doblar la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre y cortar dos tiras que enrollaremos dando forma de trenza. Pinchar el centro dejando los bordes, y en el centro colocaremos queso camembert, cebolla caramelizada y pi\u00f1ones. Triturar 100 g de queso tipo Philadelphia, 100 g de surimi, cebolla frita, un chorrito de aceite y sal y pimienta al gusto. Hacer un sofrito con los pies de champi\u00f1ones, cebolla, ajo y puerro, todo muy bien picadito. Cuando est\u00e9 casi hecho el sofrito, a\u00f1adir los taquitos de jam\u00f3n y terminar de sofre\u00edr. Ligar con bechamel y con este relleno, rellenaremos los champi\u00f1ones. Por otro lado, habremos reservado bechamel en la que sumergiremos los champi\u00f1ones ya rellenos y reservaremos para que endurezca la cobertura. Cuando haya endurecido, los rebozaremos pas\u00e1ndolos por huevo y pan rallado.
