Reservar tambi\u00e9n el caldo colado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pelar las gambas y reservar. Con las cabezas y c\u00e1scaras de las gambas hacer un fumet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Picar los cuerpos de las gambas y los mejillones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una sart\u00e9n, poner la mantequilla y fre\u00edr la cebolla. Cuando est\u00e9 caramelizada, a\u00f1adir el marisco picado y saltear. Echar dos cucharadas soperas de harina, dar unas vueltas e incorporar la leche, el caldo reservado de los mejillones y el fumet de gambas, para hacer una bechamel espesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rellenar con esta pasta las c\u00e1scaras de mejillones y dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rebozar con huevo y pan rallado.
